Hai il diritto di recedere dal contratto d'acquisto entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce. Per avviare la procedura, accedi al tuo ordine e richiedi il reso dalla sezione ordini. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno interamente a carico del cliente, che potrà scegliere in autonomia il servizio postale o il corriere espresso che preferisce. Il rimborso verrà emesso non appena il pacco arriverà intatto presso i nostri magazzini.
Return and Refund Policy
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods. To start the process, go to your order details and request a return from the orders section. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne entirely by the customer, who can independently choose the postal service or express courier of his choice. The refund will be issued as soon as the package arrives intact at our warehouses.
